You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while navigating TN visa sponsorship processes, building relationships across borders, and making a real impact on both healthcare facilities and nursing professionals' careers.

  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified international nursing candidates

  • Market Research: Identify target markets in major Canadian cities (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary) and Mexican markets for RN recruitment

  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, maintaining communication throughout the recruitment and placement process

  • Client Partnership: Work closely with U.S. healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs and match qualified international candidates

  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems; generate recruitment reports and analytics

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Proven track record managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

  • Candidate Sourcing Skills: Experience with multiple sourcing platforms, social media recruiting, and creative talent acquisition strategies

  • ATS Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for developing long-term professional relationships

  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment metrics and performance goals

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with attention to compliance and documentation requirements

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with recruitment technology, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications
