Salary: $95,000 - 154,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with a background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical field.
• We value hands-on knowledge of modern software development practices, including clean coding, debugging, teamwork workflows, version control, APIs, cloud fundamentals, and deployment pipelines.
• We seek individuals who can present their experience clearly on a resume and communicate technical concepts confidently in interviews.
• We welcome recent graduates, laid-off professionals, career switchers, candidates with employment gaps, and bootcamp participants who need a more structured path to employment.
• We support candidates pursuing careers in Java, full-stack development, DevOps, data analytics, data engineering, data science, and machine learning or AI.
• We are especially interested in candidates who are willing to strengthen their projects, sharpen their interview skills, and align their profile with employer expectations.
• We also work with international candidates on F1 or OPT who need a clear employment pathway, as well as professionals seeking guidance on STEM extension, H-1B, and green card filing processes where applicable.

• We help candidates build job-ready technical skills through structured learning and guided project development.
• We support resume refinement so candidates can better showcase impact, experience, and relevant tools.
• We coach candidates to improve interview performance and explain technical work with confidence.
• We provide job-search support designed to help candidates move from learning to interviews and offers.
• We focus on preparing candidates for roles employers are actively hiring for across software engineering, data, and AI-related functions.
• We share candidate resumes with our client network and internal team databases so qualified profiles can be reviewed for open requirements.
• We offer process guidance to help candidates navigate employment pathways and, where applicable, sponsor-related filing support through employers.
