Arrowwood Heart is looking for a creative and passionate VFX Artist to join our team in Minneapolis. This full-time, remote position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative visual projects within the retail industry.

As a VFX Artist, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual effects that enhance our marketing campaigns and product presentations. You will work closely with designers and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals that engage our audience and elevate our brand presence. We offer a competitive salary range of $105,600 - $144,000 annually, along with a collaborative work culture and opportunities for professional growth within the retail industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual effects for marketing materials and product presentations
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to develop engaging visuals
  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of visual projects
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and quality across all projects
  • Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
  • Provide support in the editing and post-production process
  • Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements

  • Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke, or similar)
  • Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus (e.g., Blender, Maya)
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends is a plus
