Job Description

Our client is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs, calibration, and field service work on industrial hydraulic and torque tools. This role includes in‑shop repairs, onsite customer support, offshore service assignments, and customer training. Travel is required up to 40%.

Requirements:

• Support inventory tracking and physical inventory counts.
• Assist with trade show booth preparation and equipment packing.
• Perform tool demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Inspect, repair, and calibrate hydraulic and torque tools in the shop and field.
• Travel to customer sites and offshore locations to operate tooling and support applications.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and service reports in the internal system.
• Modify and assemble toolkits, including painting, labeling, and preparing toolboxes.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Comfortable working in field and offshore environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office for service documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40%.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on mechanical, hydraulic, or torque tool repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and calibrate industrial tools and mechanical systems.
• All education levels will be considered; equivalent practical experience is fully acceptable.
