Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Evening/Night shift. Hours are from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am Monday through Friday with an on-call weekend rotation schedule. You will work at the East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a
Security Supervisor to:
- Supervise, assign and evaluate the activities of shift personnel, ensuring adherence to department and UW Health policies and procedures.
- Plan daily assignments and conduct daily briefings for security operations.
- Assess shift personnel and equipment needs.
- Assist with shift operations as needed.
- Cover as supervisor at University Hospital as needed.

Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in related field Preferred or
- Bachelor's Degree in related field Preferred
Work Experience - 2 years relevant work-related experience Required
- 5 years hospital security/supervision experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications - Valid Wisconsin Driver's License Required and
- Completion of IAHSS Supervisor Certification within 6 months Required
- Must be 21 years of age to drive UW Health Fleet vehicle and must be 25 years of age to drive a UW Health vehicle rated for 15 or more passengers.
- Ability to be insured by Hospital's risk management insurer which requires
- a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and
- successfully passing a driving background check
