Screen Printing Machine Operator
Printing Machine Screen Setter Location:  Doral, FL – Established company with over 35 years in business.
Salary:  $40,000 - $50,000 per year, paid biweekly.
Schedule:  Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day shift available) — Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
️ Language:  Bilingual – Spanish and English – 100% Spanish-speaking work environment.

✦  Responsibilities

• Ensure production quality meets the approved customer standards.
• Set up and prepare screen printing machines for each production run.
• Properly align screens for multicolor prints (registration).
• Load screens, adjust print heads, and set ink levels.
• Ensure that products are packed according to customer requirements.
• Monitor and maintain quality throughout all production orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Uphold and apply company values — Perfection is our pursuit.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines.

✦  Work Conditions

This position is performed inside the warehouse, which can get warm. Some roles require standing for long periods, while others involve more physical movement.

✦  Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. All legal documents must be valid and up to date.
• Good physical condition and positive attitude.
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
• Experience in screen printing and operation of M&R-style machines (3–5 years).
• Proven experience in screen printing setup and production.
• Strong understanding of various screen printing techniques and inks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must pass a background check.
