Job Title: SAP Basis Technical Lead L3 Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Technical Lead for L3 support to manage and optimize a complex SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP logistics modules and cross-functional integration, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead resolution of critical issues across multiple SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3-level support across a diverse SAP landscape including:
  • Core Modules: ECC, CRM, EWM, SRM, SCM, MDG, GTS, EP
  • Technical Components: GW, GRC, BPA, BW, BOBJ, Solman, SLT, TREX
  • Cloud & Integration Tools: Cloud Connector, CPQ,C4C, BTP, Celonis, DP-Agent, DS, DS-ETL
  • Specialized Systems: IS, SAP-PRINT, VC-ECC, VC-CRM, TAULIA, SRMMDM, Content Server
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.
• Support change management, impact analysis, and regression testing for enhancements and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide guidance on escalated issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 to 15 + years of experience in SAP logistics modules with hands-on configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in supply chain, procurement, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and middleware.
• Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and incident management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools like CPQ,C4C, BTP
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
