- Full Time: 40 hours/5-day work week (Monday-Saturday)
- Candidate should have Saturday availability

Day-to-Day Tasks: - Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
- Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
- Schedule appointments for client design consultations
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Review measurements, estimate materials, provide product suggestions, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
- Keep the install team on track by coordinating schedules & sharing clear notes + photos
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend
- Team up with kitchen & bath designer to assist on projects
What We're Looking For: - 3+ years' proven work experience in Luxury Retail Sales, Interior Design, Flooring Sales, Furniture Sales, Kitchen & Bath Design/Sales, Window Treatment Sales, or similar role
- Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business.
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Personal & professional judgment
- Quick to help customers get what they need
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
