What’s the Job?
As a Pool Towel Attendant, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience on the pool deck. Your mission is to ensure guests have everything they need to relax and enjoy their time, all while providing friendly, professional service. From handing out towels to assisting families, you’ll help keep the pool area organized, comfortable, and guest-ready at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide exemplary customer service on the pool deck
• Distribute pool towels and ensure guests always have access to clean towels
• Restock towels throughout your shift to maintain supply levels
• Provide swim diapers to parents of toddlers who are under age requirements or not potty-trained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable towel station and pool area
• Interact politely and professionally with all guests and patrons
• Serve as a positive role model for children and families

Work Environment:
• This is a fully outdoor position on the pool deck
• Regular exposure to direct sunlight and heat
• Must be able to tolerate working in summer sun for extended periods
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry towels and supplies as needed
• Comfortable working in hot, sunny conditions
