Job Description

As a Pool Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Cleaning assigned pool areas in accordance with the Resort standards areas and checking/adjusting chemical levels in the pools as well as performing backwash daily.
• Replenishing amenities and supplies in the assigned pool area as needed.
• Stocking and maintaining fresh towels.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Acknowledging and greeting all guests in corridors and all other public access areas.
• Answering questions about local area attractions and things to do.
• Maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special events.
• Demonstrating the Evolution Hospitality Values and Guiding PrinciplesJob Requirements:-Minimum of two years customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds; push and pull 50 pounds.
• Practice safety standards at all times and be alert to hazardous conditions. Report or correct any hazardous conditions immediately.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with the Employee Handbook. The employee must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.
• Wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance.
• Other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable of performing.
• Will be asked to train new employees.
• Must have a positive attitude.
