In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear, provide expert advice on lens options, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the fitting and purchasing process. • Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their vision needs and style preferences.
• Perform precise measurements to ensure proper fit and comfort of eyewear.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions regarding lenses, coatings, and adjustments.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
• Stay current on new products, industry trends, and vision care technologies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Optician or in a related optical retail role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
