Job Description

Responsible for implementing subject teaching according to the curriculum plan, guiding students complete the learning of subject courses, and providing students with support and assistance in the learning process.Assist in supervising students and dealing with student behavioral issues.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area
• Master’s degree an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area for which you are applying
• Successful experience in working with students in the age group you are teaching
• Successful prior leadership experience if applying for Faculty Lead
• Demonstrated experience in inspiring students in a stimulating learning environment
• Demonstrated experience of using ICT to promote learning
• Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with British style education system preferred
• Experience in teaching EAL students preferred
• Ability to analyse student data to support student achievement
• Demonstrated experience in raising achievement and setting challenging targets
• Strong commitment to supporting all aspects of our programme, especially through participating actively in the extra-curricular activities and contributing to the life of the school community

Salary and benefits:
1. Base salary: 35k~38k
2. Extra housing allowance： 7000~8000/month
3. Relocation allowance：10000yuan
4. International insurance is provided
5. Paid summer and winter holidays
6. Free tuition for children
