Redbud Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support our healthcare payor client with critical projects. Join our team for this remote W2 opportunity.

Key Highlights

• Immediate need for remote IT Project Manager supporting Healthcare Payor
• Focus on MS 365, LOS, Windows projects (application side preferred)
• Manage $500K+ budgets with strong risk management
• No C2C - W2 only

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage large-scale complex projects for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Initiate, engage, and motivate cross-functional teams while identifying and mitigating risks
• Track progress, drive documentation, and provide end-to-end leadership for implementations
• Sequence complex initiatives from start to finish with comprehensive project management support
• Act as liaison across all areas ensuring effective goals, scope, progress, and project completion
• Provide direction and motivation to matrixed project teams while managing stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 8+ years IT Project Management experience (MS 365, LOS, Windows preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills for VP-level reporting and stakeholder management
• Proven budget management experience with $500K+ projects
• Strong Risk Management and Risk Identification expertise
• PPM tool experience (Clarity or KeyedIn preferred)
• Healthcare Payor experience required (BCBS highly preferred)

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification
• FACETS knowledge
