Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright TT&E Iron & Metal, LLC is currently hiring for the position of Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright. We are a reputable company located in Garner, North Carolina. The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $21 per hour. Description of the role: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in our facility. Your main objective will be to diagnose and repair any mechanical issues, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent future problems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
