Randstad is partnered with an industry leader to hire an industrial maintenance mechanic                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

salary: $58,000 - $72,800 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Execute the facility’s preventative maintenance program by conducting scheduled inspections of fluid levels, filters, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Assist in analytical troubleshooting and perform directed corrective actions to resolve out-of-specification conditions for equipment, facilities, and vehicles.

• Workspace Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized maintenance department and ensure all work areas are promptly restored after repairs are completed.

• Documentation & Records: Accurately log all maintenance, modifications, and repairs while keeping shop manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation organized and updated.

• Logistics & Inventory: Manage the inventory of tools and replacement parts, run company errands, and safely operate vehicles to pick up necessary supplies.

• Operational Safety: Prioritize the safe handling of customer inventory to prevent loss and suggest improvements to enhance facility efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Professional Conduct: Report for work punctually, follow all manufacturer and company guidelines, and maintain effective, professional communication with supervisors and co-workers.
