You'll lead full installs (residential to light commercial beasts up to 100 tons), own the job from blueprint to completed walkthrough, and leave every customer saying "Wow!" Key Responsibilities (The Thrilling Part!)

• Dive in and install killer HVAC systems—furnaces, AC units, coils, ductwork, smart thermostats, humidifiers, air purifiers, and more—like a pro artist crafting comfort masterpieces.
• Decode blueprints and schematics like a boss to nail code-perfect, energy-efficient installs every time.
• Fabricate ductwork, hook up refrigerant lines and wiring, then fire it up for epic testing, leak hunts, and startup magic.
• Hunt for upgrades that save customers money and blow their minds with efficiency.
• Keep sites spotless, tools dialed, and safety locked in—because legends don't cut corners.
• Deliver next-level customer experiences: explain the tech in plain English, answer questions like a pro, and high-five when they're thrilled.
• Team up with your crew for on-time, on-budget wins—document the glory and celebrate the victories.
• Live the King way: integrity, hustle, and always doing it right (with a smile!).

Required Qualifications (What Makes You a Fit for the Fun)

• High school diploma or GED—check!
• Valid EPA Section 608 certification (Universal? You're golden!).
• 2+ years crushing HVAC installs (residential/light commercial—bring your stories!).
• Deep know-how on equipment, electrical, refrigeration, ducts, and codes.
• Blueprint-reading superpower.
• Clean Illinois driver's license.
• Ready to lift 50+ lbs., conquer attics/crawl spaces, climb like a champ, and tackle any weather.
• Honest, hardworking, pumped for overtime/on-call, and all about that team energy.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points for Extra Awesomeness)

• Trade school, apprenticeship, or NATE certs.
• Experience with top brands (we're Carrier Factory Authorized!).
• Skills in ductless mini-splits, boilers, smart home integrations, or high-efficiency wizardry.
• Killer communication and a genuine love for making people happy.
