Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a HR Specialist for one of our external partners.

Job Description:

• Assisting with conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and assist with candidate screening.
• Prepare offer letters, new hire packets, and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of onboarding documentation.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 Years of HR or administrative experience
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS or payroll systems preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
