Our client, a design-forward boutique hospitality concept, is seeking a dynamic, polished, and service-driven Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day experience of a unique and growing property. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to build a long-term career within a highly curated hospitality environment. While the role provides greater balance than traditional hospitality operations, it follows a distinct seasonal rhythm that requires adaptability, energy, and strong operational foresight. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in both environments—delivering excellence during peak periods while strategically improving the business during quieter months. The Operations Manager serves as the primary on-site leader, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including guest rooms, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and daily service execution. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring the property consistently operates at a high standard while delivering memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and hospitality-driven, with the ability to seamlessly shift between high-touch service execution and behind-the-scenes operational planning.
Salary: $95K
The schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility for additional hours as business demands.
High Season (late spring through early fall): Fast-paced, highly guest-facing, and operationally intensive. This period requires strong on-the-floor leadership, real-time problem solving, and a visible presence to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
