Job Title: Hair Stylist (Commission based)

Location: 9PM Salon – Bellevue, WA

Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Based

Position Overview:

This is a commission-based position, with stylists earning 40% of the billed amount for services performed. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, creativity, and a passion for client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and make expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest hair trends and techniques.
• Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent customer service.
• Recommend salon products and additional services.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Cosmetology License.
• Located in Washington State or able to relocate to Washington State.
• At least 1 year of professional salon experience (Preferred but not required).
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

• 40% commission on the total billed amount for all services performed.
• Additional product sales commission opportunities.
• 100% of tips go directly to the stylist.
• Flexible schedule with supportive environment.
• Potential for future booth rental or expanded hours.
