Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This role supports a fast-paced manufacturing operation by working in small teams to operate press machines, produce quality parts, and prepare products for shipment. You will rotate through various tasks under the direction of a supervisor or team lead, ensuring consistent production flow, accurate inspection, and safe handling of materials on either 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate press machines in a small team environment to manufacture parts according to production requirements.
  • Rotate through various production tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team lead to support overall workflow.
  • Inspect parts as they come out of the press machine to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate press machines in a production environment.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of daily tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • No formal education requirements.
  • No certifications required.
  • Previous experience in machine operation, production, or general labor is helpful but not required.
  • Comfort working in an environment where you may get dirty, wet, or sweaty.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
