This role involves working in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment where you will support the production of life-saving medical devices. You will rotate through multiple tasks on the production floor, including operating staple loader machines, assembling components, performing light inspection under a microscope, and using computer systems to track work. Everyone receives cross-training to perform a variety of duties, ensuring stable work and continuous learning.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a standard manufacturing facility that is clean, well lit, and climate controlled. Safety glasses and hearing protection are provided and required in designated areas, while steel-toe footwear is not needed. No medical certifications are required. For cleanroom work, you will wear standard cleanroom personal protective equipment such as smocks, hair nets, and beard nets, and avoid fuzzy clothing and bringing water into the cleanroom; all necessary PPE is provided. Cleanroom protocols prohibit perfume, jewelry, cosmetics, acrylic nails, fake eyelashes, and similar items to maintain a controlled environment. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, no shorts, no tank tops, and jeans worn at the waist with no rips. All positions complete first-shift orientation for the first two days, with a preference to continue training on first shift when possible. Regular schedules run Monday through Friday with three shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. There are two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, with a cafeteria available on-site and designated smoking areas. Parking is available in an open lot behind the building, with specific areas reserved for visitors.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
