We are seeking a professional, high-energy Front Office Coordinator to join a fast-paced financial services firm. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will set the tone for their experience by providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring office operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Greet and direct walk-in clients, ensuring they are connected with the right team member.
- Perform light administrative duties, including filing, sorting, and organizing documents.
- Quickly learn and navigate internal software systems to update client information.

salary: $17 - $20 per hour
