Job Title: Apprentice Electrician (2 Years Experience)
Location: Decatur
Pay: $23$25/hour
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to support our fabrication shop operations. This role includes electrical assembly installation and maintenance work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
As an Apprentice Electrician you will work alongside experienced electricians and production teams to assist with wiring electrical assembly and troubleshooting of equipment used in our fabrication shop. This is a great opportunity to continue developing your skills while gaining experience in an industrial setting.
Assist with electrical installation and wiring of fabrication equipment and components
Perform electrical assembly of panels controls and shop systems
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in machinery and shop equipment
Support preventative maintenance and upgrades
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety codes and company procedures
Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (apprenticeship or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of electrical systems tools and safety standards
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
Experience in a fabrication or industrial environment is a plus
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
