JOB TITLE: Estimator
PAY RANGE : $28 - $33 SHIFT: 1st M-F 8am - 5pm TYPE : Onsite
SEE WHAT WE DO:
This is a technical sales support role focused on converting customer requirements into executable manufacturing solutions. Youll own the quoting process collaborate cross-functionally and play a key role in winning new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own RFQ intake technical review and quote development
• Interpret prints CAD models and specifications
• Build pricing models aligned to margin and delivery targets
• Collaborate with production engineering and vendors
• Present quotes and follow up to drive order conversion
• Manage customer timelines and expectations
• Identify upsell and cross-capability opportunities

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Business Manufacturing Engineering Design or related field and/or equivalent work experience required
• 35 years in estimating inside sales or technical customer support
• Strong blueprint reading and manufacturing knowledge
• CRM experience (Salesforce)
• ERP experience (MIE Track preferred)
• Ability to balance speed accuracy and customer experience
• Familiar with CNC machining sheet metalor manufacturing services
• Experience working with RFQs and fast turnaround quoting
• QuickBooks (preferred)
