Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in marketing to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and update content on social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Support event planning and coordination for promotional activities and trade shows.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
