Job Description

At PARKE, we’re built on a love for fashion and a desire for timeless, elevated essentials. We are a community-driven lifestyle brand rooted in the belief that good clothes should feel good too—from the intention behind the design to how they make you feel. Founded by Chelsea Parke, we’ve grown from upcycled vintage denim into a viral sensation known for quality, transparency, and a deep connection with our customers. We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You’ll play a hands-on role in turning community feedback and sales data into actionable insights, helping us strengthen our business as we scale to the next level. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends in customer behavior, product performance, and sales cycles
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to help guide inventory planning and marketing strategies
  • Translate community feedback from social media and customer touchpoints into data-driven product recommendations
  • Assist in building and maintaining data dashboards that provide real-time visibility into brand health
  • Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to optimize website conversion rates and user experience
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI features or automated tools to strengthen business efficiency
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to support data-backed decision-making for upcoming drops

Requirements

  • A student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story through numbers
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets from Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical team members
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for fashion, community-building, and the PARKE aesthetic
