Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will partner with the Sales and Tailoring staff to assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and inquire about their needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and operate the point of sale.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Participate in store-related projects, such as promotional events and seasonal displays.
• Conduct merchandise stock counts and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Contributes to an engaged and inclusive store environment where opinions and contributions are recognized and valued
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in men’s or boy’s clothing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to store projects.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on the latest fashion trends and merchandise.

Pay range

• Target: $17 to $20 per hour
