We are currently seeking a Driver to support our Distribution Center. Our Truck Driver must possess and maintain a Class A - CDL. Have a clear understanding of all state and federal DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations and policies. Be able to deliver and pickup general freight to/from warehousing facility or to/from individual retail locations.
*CDL CLASS A REQUIRED
*We are looking for 6 months or more of driving experience
$27.50/hour
Shift:
Monday 12 am to 10 am
Tuesday 3 am to 11 am
Wednesday 3 am to 11 am
Thursday 3 am to 11 am
Friday 2 am to 11 am
Responsibilities:
· Safely move trailers in a fast-paced environment.
· Maintain safety procedures and operation of equipment
· Report all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to the warehouse manager
· Make recommendations and assist in implementation of process improvements
· Maintain clean driver’s record
· Complete deliveries in a timely manner
· Communication with dispatch office
· Pre/Post-dispatch equipment inspections; safe operations of all equipment
· Perform other functions as assigned
· This position abides by GMP and Food Safety/Quality regulations set by the company
Requirements:
· Class A CDL
· Ability to work in various temperatures (inside warehouse or outside)
· Ability to work independently
