Are you an analytical problem-solver who excels in fast-paced environments? TMM is seeking a dedicated Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will investigate and adjudicate claims of loss or damage, ensuring fair settlements for both our members and the company in accordance with Military Full Replacement Value Guidelines.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Review all move-related documentation for claimed items, specifically investigating pre-existing damage notes or missing inventory items.

• Request necessary supporting evidence (receipts, photos, etc.) from members or agents.

• Negotiate fair claims settlements in accordance with rules and regulations.

• Review settled items to assign liability to the responsible agents based on exceptions.
