Position Summary:

The Immigration Paralegal role is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with one of the largest law firms in the United States. We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to work with our Austin-based team! Under the attorney's supervision, the immigration paralegal will manage a high‑volume portfolio of nonimmigrant (NIV) matters for corporate clients, delivering accurate, timely filings across H‑1B (cap and cap‑exempt), H‑1B1, E‑3, L‑1, TN, O‑1, and related dependent applications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
  • Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process, specifically in (Visa Type).
  • Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask, and work independently toward team goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills are required.
  • Be able to multitask and work independently toward team goals.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
