Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Business Consultant for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. The candidate will own end-to-end solution architecture across process, data, analytics/AI, and applications while driving value realization and stakeholder alignment.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Consultant Job Responsibilities include:

• Translate business objectives into a sequenced transformation roadmap covering assortment, inventory, forecasting, pricing, and replenishment.

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across processes, data, analytics/ML, and application ecosystems.

• Define and enable AI/LLM use cases, including evaluation metrics, explainability standards, and production deployment patterns.

• Build business cases, define KPIs/OKRs, and track value realization through regular leadership-facing dashboards.

• Serve as the single point of accountability for senior stakeholders, coordinating internal teams and multi-vendor partners.

• Drive delivery governance and change enablement through POD rituals, risk management, release planning, and adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).

• 6–8+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, or functional architecture roles, preferably within Retail or CPG.

• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across merchandising and supply chain domains.

• Proven experience acting as a senior client-facing leader, managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional delivery teams.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $71.00 per hour
