Apprentice Plumber – We Pay for Your Trade School!
All States Plumbing & Mechanical | Pittsburgh, PA | $11-$13/hr | Full Time
We're hiring now — no plumbing experience required. All States Plumbing & Mechanical is an established and growing Pittsburgh-area plumbing company looking for a motivated apprentice to join our crew.
Here's the deal : you'll work full-time alongside our master plumber and journeymen on real residential construction projects, and we'll pay your tuition at an accredited plumbing apprenticeship school while you earn. By the time you're licensed, you'll have years of real-world experience already behind you.
What you'll do : Work hands-on with experienced plumbers on new home construction Learn to install and rough-in plumbing systems from the ground up Use hand and power tools under direct supervision Read blueprints and job plans with guidance from our team Build the skills that lead to a journeyman license — and a six-figure trade career
What we're looking for : Hardworking and reliable — shows up on time, ready to work Some experience with tools, construction, or hands-on work (helpful but not required) Basic math skills Good attitude and a willingness to learn Must have reliable transportation to Pittsburgh job sites
